In co-operation with very interested inhabitants of Northen, Jürgen Becker has made available this internet-presentation. The following pages will make clear the different village facets: from the clubs activities to the local council meetings up to the representation of traditional customs meanwhile only rarely practised in the Calenberger Land. We would like to present a general view about the actual Northen and its history, only who knows the past is able to form the future. We want to inform in an objective way but also animate to visite our village and get to know the people who lives here.
